About LINE Pay

LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What you'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day payment operations to promptly support operational changes, ensuring seamless processing, compliance, and optimization of procedures
  • Define and maintain process framework, and workflow ensuring standardization, scalability, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment workflows and resolve operational challenges
  • Effectively communicate business cases and persuade multiple stakeholders to make changes and resolve issues
  • Lead and execute operational projects to enhance payment and finance workflows
  • Determine training requirements and execute training with other team members, in relation to advance use of relevant systems, processes, and required skillsets for their role
  • Ensure services meet or exceed expectations and are delivered following agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting dashboards to measure performance

What you'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years in Operations management, Financial operations, or similar role, preferably in a marketplace, fintech, or tech-driven company
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong operational skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external users and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau. Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
  • High adaptability and eagerness to take on new challenges
