About LINE Pay

LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What you’ll Do:

• Verify merchant’s documents to comply with company know your merchant (KYM) policy
• Manage and execute operations according to established systems or processes, ensuring smooth implementation in accordance with service level agreements (SLA)
• Measure and summarize performance of responsible tasks in numerical terms, providing insights for team leaders to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of merchant services
• Support team in any special projects assigned efficiently

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or related roles
• Emphasize the importance of measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and work quality
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong service mindset
• Possess a Growth Mindset, adaptability to change, and willingness to embrace new processes and assignments.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
