Business Development Manager (SMB)

Business Development is mini CEO of a business unit which reports directly to C-Level. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, layout the strategies, building the business models and financial projection, engaging partnership with merchants, planning product roadmap, managing multi projects and driving business P&L to ensure that the business has a strong growth, maximizes profit and becomes successful.

As a Business Development, you will work closely with a dedicated cross functional team (squad) composed of members from various departments such as: Product, Sales, Marketing, Content and Operation team.


  • Support Business Development Team to grow LINE MAN Wongnai by focusing on e-commerce and media business
  • Drive business and product success by achieve the company OKR and goals in terms of sales, revenue, profit, product and campaign performance
  • Spearhead the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients sector in Thailand
  • Develop market and competitor analysis to catch up with business trends
  • Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit for the team to focus on
  • Develop client analysis, identify root cause, and propose strategic plan and solutions to SMB clients - delivered through monthly campaign, media products and managed services
  • Monitor media and merchant campaign performance to achieve client’s expectations
  • Reinforce growth and sustainability into the business through new innovation, product-market fit, new product and service development
  • Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow
  • Coordinate efficiently with cross functional team to deliver the top satisfactory service to clients also involving in evolution of products and solutions by providing valuable market feedback


  • At least 3 years job experiences in business development, e-commerce, ad-tech/martech, digital marketing solutions covering both campaign and media performance, or sales & marketing fields
  • Solid background in supporting merchants or SMB clients revenue and business growth with ad-tech/mar-tech oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Marketing, or any related field. Master’s degree is prefered
  • Comfortable with revenue targets, feasibility study, product development, project management and experience working in a fast-paced, and client-problem solving environment
  • Ability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong analytic skill, communication and presentation skill (both writing and speaking), and negotiation skill.
