The Corporate Development team is looking for a seasoned professional with a background in investment banking or management consulting, accompanied by an entrepreneurial mindset to make an impact on the industry. This role is responsible for the hands-on operations of cross-functional projects, including but not limited to buy-out acquisitions, corporate structuring, post-merger integration, fundraising, investor relations, and IPO. As a Corporate Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead organizational initiatives, enhance professional skills, and reap the rewards of contributing to the growth of a successful team.

What you'll do:

• Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, present recommendations, and lead the execution
• Assist in fundraising projects by engaging in sell-side due diligence
• Analyze new business initiatives and products to assess their funding and capital requirements
• Conduct research on market trends and understand key drivers to identify growth opportunities
• Interact with shareholders and manage new investor relationships

What you'll need:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields (MBA is preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital or management consulting
• Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and business indicators to identify and analyze trends
• Ability to build financial models, execute sensitivity analysis and conduct valuation analysis
• Strong business acumen, professional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex analysis and recommendations clearly
• Fast-learner and commitment to meet deadlines
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
