We are looking for a strong experienced Strong technical knowledge of the purchasing and supply chain system.

to join our Supply Chain Team. Able to work under pressure, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining administrative and support functions to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Coordinating between all stakeholders both internal and external to ensures the project will be achieved according to plan within expected timeline.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities and additional assigned tasks (ad-hoc) of support operations to ensure the communication is well organised and not misled.
• Be a point of escalation for the support team, manage escalated issues to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience working in an e-commerce, tech company, start up company.
• 1-3 years of experience in coordinator, administrator or related field.
• Ability to use MS office and work under pressure in a tight schedule.
• Ability to perform multitasks and manage priorities.
• Being detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual.
• Good communication in English.
