About LINE MAN Wongnai
The Product Operations team at LINEMAN Wongnai helps bridge our product & engineering teams with our operations team. You will get the chance to manage the deployment and optimisation of our advanced products (including AI / ML), as well as lead research work to inform the product strategy and roadmap.
You will be embedded within a Product team in our On Demand Services group (including Ridehailing and Delivery), and work closely with your counterparts in Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other partner teams.
In this role specifically, you will be heavily involved in working with a China-based AI and Engineering team alongside a Thailand-based operations & marketing team. You ideally have a passion for understanding and bridging different cultures.
What you’ll Do:
- Define the deployment and go-to-market strategy for our products
- Train partner teams in operations, marketing, etc. to understand how our products work and how to leverage them to drive business growth
- Work with our operations team to conduct research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform our long-term product strategy and roadmaps
- Identify and help resolve any key problems impacted by product post-launch
- Ensure that cross-functional partners are aligned and kept up-to-date on the product roadmap
- Own the “voice of the user” by absorbing and distilling user feedback to the product team
What you’ll Need:
- Experience in data analysis, business strategy, finance, operations, or other similar roles
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and the ability to engage with partners and stakeholders
- Strong sense of what makes a good user experience
- Self-starter with a hunger to learn
- Strong project management skills and sense of prioritisation
- Fluency in English
It’d be Great if you have: (If any)
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and / or Thai
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments
- Zero-to-one experiences: whether it’s your own side hustle or from employment
- Quantitative or computer science experience
