We are looking for an experienced identifying the issues, evaluate the sales pitch and quality of services, and provide feedback to sales person and sales management. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.


What you’ll Do:

  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests, listening to sales call, sales pitch, and presentation to the customers
  • Identifying the issues, evaluate the sales pitch and quality of services, and provide feedback to sales person and sales management
  • Ensure that standards are well maintained
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
  • Make recommendations for improvement

What you’ll Need:

  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sales experience is a plus
