The Financial Products & Services team at LINE MAN Wongnai connects financially underserved customers on our platform, from small business merchants to delivery riders, with a span of offerings - Buy Now Pay Later, Lending, Insurance, and more to come. With the power of a large-scale ecosystem, data, and technology, the in-house Fintech team helps Thai people live better and be more financially inclusive with uniquely innovative products and access to digital finance.
What you’ll Do
- Operations and Productivity Excellence:
- Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including exception reports, customer service concerns, and other related issues.
- Support and manage operational projects, such as system and platform management, client onboarding, payment transactions, and data validation.
- Manage end-to-end execution of strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Risk, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external partners to get things off the ground.
- Products & Process Improvement:
- Lead process improvement efforts for financial products by identifying and addressing workflow inefficiencies to overall operational performance.
- Drive product and business planning processes by analyzing product requirements and developing into actionable items to achieve objectives.
- Prepare and deliver reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key data trends to inform decision-making and measure success.
What you’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, Fintech, Banking, e-wallet , e-commerce operation is a plus. Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering or any related fields.
- Good soft skill: Good communication skills, relationship-building skills, a high service mind., and ability to work well under pressure.
