Therefore, Product Marketing is the super crucial part, to deliver our offerings, and benefits to the users of ours, and make their lives better. And, to lead all the products through challenges and become number one in the market.

As the Head of Product Marketing you’ll be responsible for product launches, go-to-market, messaging, positioning, user and market research, and raising the bar for our product experience. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader who likes to set strategy, manage teams, but is also comfortable doing the work.



  • Define winning strategies and positions for LINE MAN businesses, which align with company’s goals and objectives
  • Design marketing strategies, and marketing communication initiatives to achieve the given targets, including user acquisition, user retention, sales, monetisation, profitability, and brand positioning & brand perception
  • Plan, design and realize marketing technology, and user product features to support business objectives & strategies for LINE MAN’s services

Product launching & Go-to-market:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end of strategic campaigns
  • Campaign planning for short, and medium term, including budget management, to achieve business targets
  • Impact measurement, budget tracking, and return-on-marketing-investment improvement initiatives are crucial

Team management:

  • Lead and inspire your team, and all stakeholders to be customer-centric, data & insight driven, with strong growth mindset, and positive team player working culture


  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in successfully leading team, and cross functional project management
  • Proven track record of data & insight utilization to form innovative initiatives which successfully execute into an impactful business result
  • Excellent knowledge in marketing mix, marketing tools, and media maximization, and still with very high growth mindset and eagerness to learn new things
  • Creative, curious, resourceful and open-minded, also able to work well with creative people
  • Result oriented, and biased towards action, with detailed-oriented skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and high sense of responsibility and ownership
