What you’ll Do:

  • Assist in designing and developing engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create content, presentations, and e-learning modules (if needed)
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, employing various instructional techniques.
  • Evaluate and adjust programs for effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Analyze data and feedback to determine the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Generate reports to measure the impact of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain training documentation submitted to the Department of Skill Development ensuring adherence to specified criteria.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools is a plus.
