LINE MAN – City Manager (Based in Ubon Ratchathani)


  • Take responsibility in expanding LINE MAN services into an assigned city; drive overall growth and performance of the assigned city by managing all facets of business including fleet operations, marketing, and partner acquisition
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of LINE MAN services in the local area
  • Apply analytical skills with local market knowledge to identify and implement strategies for growth; observe local competitor movement and create competitor analysis reports
  • Establish and lead the local team to ensure harmony, synergy, and excellence among the team
  • Manage and drive performance of local fleet operations such as fulfillment rate, match rate, and cancellation rate
  • Manage and drive local marketing performance and initiatives; oversee local marketing events
  • Take charge of local courier and restaurant partners relations: Grow number of partners on the platform, manage partner development, monitor metrics, and ensure high-quality experiences on the LINE MAN platform to provide the most reliable food delivery service in town
  • Develop and optimize processes, including design processes, be them prospecting, onboarding, account management, or training to fuel growth and drive efficiency
  • Work under the regional area manager and create regular reports back to the head office


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years of total work experience; 3+ years in Management, Start-Up, Operations, On-Demand Services
  • Background living and working in the assigned city with an understanding of local culture and lifestyles
  • Entrepreneurial drive, start-up mindset, self-driven and goal-oriented attitude to succeed
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through extremely strong analytical thinking and modelling ability (Excel skills necessary)
  • Good business understanding and judgement., comfort in understanding a business through data analysis
  • High adaptability to change, ability to execute quickly, and ability to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical responses
  • Ability to cope with pressure and an environment where not everything works yet, strong interest in taking ownership of problems rather than worrying about whose problem it is
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about all aspects of the business, ability to build up skills and knowledge very fast to become a recognized subject matter expert amongst your peers
  • Empathy in dealing with different people, ability to quickly build relationships with external partners, couriers and internal stakeholders without problem
