What you’ll Do:

  • Define marketing strategies for LINE MAN new ventures: Mart, Messenger and Ride services, which align with business goals and objectives
  • Design marketing campaigns and marketing communication to achieve the given targets, including daily active users, user acquisition and retention, sales, monetisation, profitability, and brand positioning & brand perception
  • Managing and executing end-to-end workflow of new ventures strategic campaigns
    • Go-to-market plan
    • Ideation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, activities, etc.
    • Demand forecast and budget management
    • Promotion mechanism
    • Cross functional collaboration (e.g. with Business development, Product development, Operation, etc.)
    • Performance tracking and optimization
    • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Conduct measurement from awareness to conversion, user analysis and return-on-marketing-investment and optimization plans
  • Track industry market trends and competitors movement analysis
  • Lead and inspire your team, and all stakeholders to be customer-centric, data & insight driven and growth mindset

What you’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in on-demand service, e-Commerce, or ride-hailing
  • Experience in successfully leading team, and cross functional project management
  • Strong communication and in-depth understanding of marketing funnels, trend and media strategies
  • Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creatively, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a very dynamic environment
  • Self-driven, highly motivated with responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
