What you’ll do:
- Perform supplier management from registration, sourcing, selection, negotiation, evaluation and contract management.
- Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedule and conduct supplier evaluation process
- Handle payment process to suppliers by ensuring invoice verification, proof of delivery, reconciliation with matching and performing goods receipts.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers, database
- Coordinates all activities related to procurement with internal and external.
- Collaborative with team members, stakeholders and deliver the output as desired goals.
- Initiative cost saving project, deliver as agreed and report in a timely manner.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Management/Marketing or related background
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, or purchasing field
- Good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes including software and tools
- Positive attitude and a fast-learner
- Exceptional ability to deal with a variety of people and situations
- Exceptional negotiation skills and high flexibility
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with good writing skills in Thai
- Fair communication skills with good listening skills in English
- Ability to maintain the highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and integrity
