Responsibilities

  • Branding:
    • Designing long-term branding strategy that fits with business direction, and marketing objective
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, corporate identity, and visual alignment with corporate partners - to be a brand guardian for LINE MAN, and important stakeholders
    • Launching branding campaigns, implementing IMC around it, and ensuring its quality across all materials and media
    • Monitoring the brand performance and keep improving it
  • Communication planning:
    • Develop communication plan to maximize campaign effectiveness, through key messages, media strategy and planning for both online and offline, including PR
    • Develop and oversee all campaigns and advertising materials to make sure that the message, visual, and media strategies are well aligned with the campaign & marketing objectives
    • Monitoring the campaign performance, and swiftly adjust it to achieve better results

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in
    • marketing communication development, or
    • brand management/IMC campaign building up
    • preferably with relevant experience in Internet companies, e-Commerce or FMCG.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, communication planning, and media strategies
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
  • Result oriented, logical, structured, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
