B2B Marketing Team is responsible for the strategies and activities that LINE MAN Wongnai uses to promote services to other businesses or merchants that are potential partners on our platform. We focus on building relationships, providing value-driven content, and demonstrating the specific business benefits of the offerings.

What you’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to execute CRM & Activity task align with teams’ direction.
  • Capable of analyzing, advising, and reporting progress to the team and collaborating brands.
  • Tracking merchants’ feedback in order to enhance customer satisfaction and strategic improvement.
  • Execute online activities to build engagement and relationship with LINE MAN merchant in our community.
  • Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders to execute task
  • Assist with other tasks assigned to the Marketing team as appropriate.


What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Good interpersonal skill and service-minded.
  • Organized, detail-oriented in work, and able to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Active, optimistic, responsible, fast learner, and logic thinking
  • Capable of facing problem solving.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skill (vlookup, pivot, query, filter, match, etc) and data visualize skill.
  • In trend, Good social skills (Facebook, Tiktok, X).
