What you’ll Do:

  • Utilize and analyze in-house data to assist the team in achieving operational goals.
  • Conduct insightful analyses related to driver quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to identify current and new patterns and propose improvement methods (converting subjective information into empirical data)
  • Study and recommend criteria to improve the review process.
  • Develop, set up, and implement supporting tools and strategies for the team, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with business direction.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to driver quality.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and management to align objectives and timelines.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketplace, growth, or e-commerce role.
  • Expertise in analytical skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough product knowledge.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions in large groups.
