LINE Man Wongnai is seeking a logical, detailed-oriented Data Labeling Leader to manage our data labeling efforts for our Search. Our search function is used by millions of users every month to find restaurants and food they love. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. Our product team seeks to identify and optimize growth strategies for the company through insights, analysis, experiments, and data. We want to become the number 1 e-commerce platform for services in Thailand. To build this we need to understand our customers and data in a way that enables teams to take action

As the Product Analytics Lead, you’ll be an individual contributor to play a critical role in informing the future of product analytics at LINE MAN Wongnai. Your insights will drive the future of what is built at Sharesies as you uncover opportunities to grow and engage our customer base, and do so with the right people - are you the data-driven Product Analytics Lead we’re looking for?

What you’ll Do:

  • Understand how human labeled data will improve Search, and how data will be used by algorithms.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing operational processes of data evaluation and labeling projects. Produce and optimize project guidelines, SOPs and training plans.
  • Be hands-on in evaluating and labeling data accurately and consistently, to be able to guide a small team on these tasks, work closely with search developers, search PM, and the labeling team.
  • Able to make judgment calls on difficult or unclear edge cases.
  • Analyze data, give timely feedback of problems and propose solutions to achieve the search project metrics.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support good product decisions.
  • Work closely with data engineers to make sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
  • Leverage data to analyze, identify and support recommendations for growth.

What you’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of background and previous experience in data and analytics.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to be a hands-on learner.
  • Must be highly reliable, organized, have good initiative and project management skills.
  • Logical, highly detail-oriented and quality focused.
  • Native Thai speaker (labeling and evaluation is primarily in Thai), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong learning ability and interest to develop a deeper understanding of search engines and food delivery apps.
  • Ability to extract data for analysis (using SQL) and ability to analyse data independently is critical.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a product analytics team is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
