Job Description

- Verify and approve taxi drivers whom applying through the LINE MAN Taxi driver application
- Monitor and response to LINE MAN taxi driver via Line official account
- Communicate, response, receive and associate with taxi driver to help solve complex issues
- Report troubleshooting in order to find a resolution and escalate appropriately to manager.
- Actively contribute internally facing projects to improve tools, operations, and services offered aims to improve overall driver experiences
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and internal communication efforts
- Monitor user and driver complain and process according to company rule.
- Track and report trends via feedback

Requirement

- Bachelor degree in related fields (Fresh grads are welcomed)
- Thai nationality, age between 20 to 30 years old
- Active personality and be a problem-slover
- Exceptional hospitality and communication skills to resolve driver issues, escalate appropriately, and drive continuous improvement
- Familiar with communication and data analysis tools e.g. Excel, GoogleSheet, Facebook, Line Chat
- Delighted with service mindset
