What you’ll Do:

  • As an owner of the Operations workstream, Manage day-to-day tasks of financial product operations such as onboarding, reporting, reconciliation, data validating, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, exception reports, customer service, and related issues.
  • Spearhead and identified crucial requirements for new initiatives, fostering collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive innovation by pinpointing essential features and requirements for product development.
  • Optimize Product Workflow: Spot and enhance weak points and streamline workflow to elevate our product's user-friendliness and overall quality.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs across various operational functions.
  • Facilitate Strategic Suggestion: Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives, business or product improvement.
  • Set up and run reports and dashboards when required by staff and management to provide relevant data.
  • Liaise operations-related parties such as onboarding, administration, logistics, order processing, inventory management, customer service, platform management, etc.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering or related fields.
  • Ideal candidate: 1-3 years experience in Fintech environment or/and Lending business.
  • Experience in e-commerce, Fintech, Banking, e-wallet, or insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • “CAN-DO” attitude, eager to learn, strong passion, detail-oriented, good Interpersonal skill, responsibility, and team player.
  • Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated.
