Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with attorneys in the drafting and review of Power of Attorney and various legal documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage litigation-related tasks within the company.
  • Assist lawyers in navigating the company's disputes, litigation, and investigations, including communication with external counsel to ensure timely case updates and monitoring.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities for the litigation team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and databases.
  • Create presentations and slides pertaining to dispute and litigation matters.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a preference for a law degree.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
