About LINE Pay

LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

This position is Based in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling UI for a seamless user experience.
  • Take ownership of the design process from research to delivery, creating prototypes or conducting research as needed.
  • Shape product strategy by proposing impact-driven solutions that enhance both user experience and business growth.
  • Measure and improve design using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Facilitate discussions, gathering feedback from designers and stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Challenge and define requirements rather than just following requests.
  • Advocate for the best UX outcomes by persuading stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Mentor other designers and drive innovation in UX/UI, accessibility, animation, analytics, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong English portfolio .
  • Experience in app/web design with an understanding of iOS, Android, and web limitations.
  • Strong grasp of design principles (layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, typography, etc.).
  • User-centric mindset – capable of adapting design thinking to drive meaningful impact.
  • Logical & detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for UI, apps, and technology – a pixel-perfectionist who loves refining details.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UX/UI for Korean platforms (food delivery, fintech, or e-commerce).
  • Background in global UX research & user testing.
  • Strong sense of design with a keen interest in branding and graphic design.
  • Interest in working in Thailand or collaborating in a global environment.
