Position Overview:

As an HR Generalist specializing in Outsourcing Management, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for outsourced employees, fostering positive relationships with outsourcing vendors, and ensuring the seamless execution of monthly payments. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our company's commitment to operational excellence and efficient human resources practices.

What you'll Do:

Outsourced Employee Data Management:

    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of outsourced employee information, including personal details, contract terms, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of outsourced employees within the organization.

    Vendor Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and outsourcing vendors.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
    • Collaborate with vendors to address employee-related issues and provide timely solutions.

    Payment Processing:

    • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly fees to outsourcing vendors.
    • Verify invoices against contractual agreements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

    Compliance and Legal Support:

    • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in outsourcing arrangements.
    • Work with legal teams to review and update outsourcing contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports on outsourcing performance, including key metrics and cost analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
