- Recruit and train new local rider acquisition staff
- Set local rider acquisition staff’s target and track their performance
- Manage and execute on-ground rider acquisition
- Manage and explore offline rider acquisition channel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
- Experiences in the express delivery business is preferred
- 2-5 years experience in Fleet, Logistics & Transportation business
- Hands on experience with high achievement and proven track record in the recruitment or management of large fleets.
- Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
- Able to travel up on request
