Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train new local rider acquisition staff
  • Set local rider acquisition staff’s target and track their performance
  • Manage and execute on-ground rider acquisition
  • Manage and explore offline rider acquisition channel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
  • Experiences in the express delivery business is preferred
  • 2-5 years experience in Fleet, Logistics & Transportation business
  • Hands on experience with high achievement and proven track record in the recruitment or management of large fleets.
  • Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
  • Able to travel up on request
