About LINE Pay

LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What you’ll Do:

• Oversee finance reconciliation focusing on bank and sales reconciliation tasks
• Provide team’s overview report to the reporting manager on a weekly basis and set KPI for team’s performance monitoring routine
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of inbound payments and outbound payments to resolve mismatched transactions
• Provide finance reconciliation reports to the Accounting Department
• Ad-hoc data preparation or reconciliation
• Coordinate with relevant parties such as Sale Management, Business Development, and Business Intelligence and ensure smoothness in data reconciliation to support both the Accounting and Operations Departments

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Statistics or related fields
• Experience in E-commerce and finance reconciliation is highly preferred
• 2 to 5 years working experience in related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
• Attention to details and manage massive information of data
• Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
