Regional Fleet Operations Manager
[Responsibilities]
- Operation execute and solve onsite problems
- Oversee city planning, strategy, KPI
- Work with the Expansion team to achieve assigned order and fulfillment target
- Identify the cause of a problem and solve
- Support local staffs to operate in each city
- Daily monitoring local staffs show up rate
- Manage each city’s inventory and stock for local office and rider acquisition activities
- Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching team members
- Implement incentive schemes for each city
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of expansion and fleet management
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to work overtime and on weekends
- Ability to travel upcountry and abroad on a regular basis
- Excellent Thai and English communication skills
- Background living and working in the area with an understanding of local culture and lifestyles is a plus
