• Operation execute and solve onsite problems
  • Oversee city planning, strategy, KPI
  • Work with the Expansion team to achieve assigned order and fulfillment target
  • Identify the cause of a problem and solve
  • Support local staffs to operate in each city
  • Daily monitoring local staffs show up rate
  • Manage each city’s inventory and stock for local office and rider acquisition activities
  • Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching team members
  • Implement incentive schemes for each city


  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Solid understanding of expansion and fleet management
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends
  • Ability to travel upcountry and abroad on a regular basis
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills
  • Background living and working in the Northeast region with an understanding of local culture and lifestyles is a plus
