We are looking for experience as a Corporate Communication Coordinator. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.

What you’ll Do:

• Coordinate with the media/influencers throughout various work processes, such as inquiring about prices, coordinating event setups, conducting preliminary inspection of materials, gathering financial documents, etc.
• Coordinate with external partners/suppliers to organize publicity materials or promotional activities according to specified objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to publicize various information, such as coordinating campaign details with the marketing team, working with the content team's photographers for media production, and ordering various artwork formats with the design team.
• Coordinate and compile hiring documents for various suppliers for the accounting team.
• Aggregate corporate communication team data in a database, including news clippings and media information.

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related field.
• Proficient in communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiarity with the workings of mass media and influencers.
• Understanding of news issues and PR content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys conversation and negotiation, and has good relations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in work approach.
• Possesses resilience and responsibility, and can accomplish tasks independently.
• Able to adapt appropriately to various situations and solve problems effectively.
• Has a positive outlook and enjoys helping others.
