About LINE Pay

LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What you’ll Do:

  • Investigate and manage fraud and chargeback cases detected from internal systems, partner alerts, or customer reports.
  • Review and verify merchant and transaction documents related to disputes, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Process chargeback and dispute cases in accordance with internal policies and card network regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service (CS), Finance, Payment, and Local Operations teams to collect and validate supporting evidence for case resolution.
  • Analyze and identify patterns, anomalies, and process gaps in fraud and chargeback cases to improve detection and prevention mechanisms.
  • Monitor and report daily fraud trends, dispute statistics, and case performance; perform deep dives and summarize key findings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all investigations, communications, and case resolutions.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on fraud and chargeback performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to minimize financial losses
  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist the reporting manager in fraud prevention and operational efficiency projects.


What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fraud investigation, chargeback handling, payment dispute management, or financial operations.
  • Experience in e-commerce, payments, or fintech is a plus
  • Good understanding of card networks, payment gateways, and merchant operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and ability to identify irregular patterns.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple functions (CS, Finance, Payment, and local teams).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
