We are on a mission to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand, and we're looking for a UX/UI Design Manager who is as passionate about user experience as we are.
As the UX/UI Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead a talented design team, guiding them to create high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of hands-on design expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our design processes are efficient and effective.
What you’ll do:
- Review and elevate design work to ensure it meets our high standards for usability and business impact
- Assist your team in making informed design decisions and provide guidance to navigate complex challenges. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with business goals. Work with stakeholders to define and refine goals
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, conflicts, and other obstacles that may hinder the design process
- Lead design projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and on-time delivery of complex initiatives
- Coach and mentor designers, fostering their professional growth and development
- Be prepared to jump in and contribute directly to design work when necessary
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 5 years working as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, preferably in a product-driven company
- Experience in making difficult design decisions
- Experience in managing, influencing and convincing stakeholders to deliver great design and experience
- Experience in managing at least 3 designers and understand what to do or how to support and coach your team to bring out the best in them
