We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the F&B industry with a deep understanding of virality and shareability on all social platforms., you will be responsible for creating engaging content that promotes our brand and engages our target and drive business objectives.

What you’ll Do:

  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms.
  1. Content Creation and Scheduling:
    • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, LINE OA
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
  3. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
  4. Campaign Execution:
    • Assist in the execution of social media advertising campaigns, including content creation, targeting, and budget management.
    • Work closely with the production team to develop visually appealing and effective social media assets.
  5. Stay Updated on Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Analyzing and reporting the performance of social media & KOL initiatives, with key insights to make frequent improvement suggestions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
