Business Transformation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Transformation Project within the organization. This includes managing the project from inception through to completion, coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring the project stays within scope, timeline, and budget. Business Transformation Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business needs and system requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Lead the development and execution of project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and any deviations are addressed.
    • Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, third-party vendors, and consultants.
    • Define and manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and issue resolution processes.
    • Work with business team to identify key business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and external consultants.
    • Monitor project team performance, providing guidance, feedback where necessary to ensure success.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensuring deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines, costs, or deliverables, and develop mitigation plans.
    • Proactively address challenges and escalate issues when necessary to senior leadership.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization.
    • Coordinate and deliver end-user training sessions.
    • Facilitate a smooth transition from current systems to the new ERP platform.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
    • Oversee the post-launch support phase, ensuring the project meets the defined success criteria and addressing any issues that arise after go-live.
    • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing improvements or enhancements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Additional certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex ERP projects, preferably with experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Thai and English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
