Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Management Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our advertising initiatives!. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create insightful performance reports, collaborate with diverse teams, and streamline operations and documentation to help teams achieve our ambitious goals. You will also serve as the key player within the Ads team, ensuring a smooth process and effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and analyze detailed Sales performance reports, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic improvements to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including maintaining sales pipeline tracking and documentation to streamline workflow efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the ads team to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Ads team and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operational coordination.
- Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies, focusing on innovative formats, targeting techniques, and inventory optimization to maximize engagement and revenue.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business analyst, Sales management
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to collaborate with various teams (sales, accounting, product team).
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to process and interpret data.
- Basic understanding of ad tech is a plus (e.g., ad servers, programmatic platforms, ad exchanges).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital advertising field.
