As the Merchant Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the sales process efficiency by developing and delivering high-impact training programs for the sales team. Your primary focus will be on empowering the team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term merchant success.

What you’ll Do:

  • Enhance the effectiveness and abilities of Sales Executives in the Sales Department of LINE MAN and Wongnai platforms, and improve the sales process to continuously increase sales volume both within and outside of Bangkok.
  • Develop sales plans, design processes, and create supporting documents for presentations. Also, track the results for evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Incorporate gamification, role-playing activities, and real-world case studies into training programs to drive engagement and retention.
  • Analyze sales performance, statistics, market trends, and competitors to formulate recommendations and plans for increasing sales.
  • Coordinate and support the requested tasks of the sales department and collaborate with them as necessary.
  • Initiate a new concept for a training program incorporating impactful tools and gamification strategies to enhance interactive learning experiences.
  • Design a successful assessment system to evaluate post-training results, considering both product knowledge and soft skills, and presenting the findings in a report format with tracking features.
  • Collecting data and utilizing virtualization to make it easily accessible, ensuring seamless utilization of the information for further applications.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish a structured evaluation system to measure training effectiveness, tracking both product knowledge and soft skills development.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sales strategy, coaching, and process optimization.
  • Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced digital environments is a plus.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement through training initiatives.
