We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Configurations Specialist to customize and optimize our Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce features and tools, along with the ability to configure and enhance the platform without relying on extensive custom development.

What you’ll Do:

Salesforce Configuration:

  • Configure standard Salesforce features such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and profiles.
  • Set up and manage workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and process builders to automate business processes.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to various team needs.

Customization:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Lightning page layouts to enhance user experience.
  • Configure permissions, sharing rules, and role hierarchies to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and sandboxes.

Data Management:

  • Import, export, and update data using Salesforce tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, Data Loader).
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates.
  • Define and manage data validation rules to maintain data integrity.

User Support & Training:

  • Assist users with issues related to configurations and provide solutions to improve usability.
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure user adoption of new features and configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team for advanced configurations.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and other data management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud and Case management module.
  • Experience with Customer support or Customer experience department.
