The Business Development Manager - POS & Pay Hardware Solutions (Chinese Speaking) at LINE MAN Wongnai reports directly to the Managing Director, Merchant Digital Solutions. You will be a solo contributor working closely to the management and business owners, responsible for developing and executing end-to-end Business Development strategies for our POS & Pay Hardware Solutions.

What you’ll Do:

  • Hardware Strategy and Sourcing
    • Develop and implement strategies to use hardware as a competitive advantage.
    • Identify, Engage, Evaluate hardware suppliers for POS, Pay, and hardware for merchant solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships with key partners.
  • P&L Management
    • Own and manage the hardware P&L to ensure competitiveness, and profitability.
    • Develop pricing strategies and monitor financial performance.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with the business leader.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
    • Define target markets and strategies for market penetration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment.
    • Support product development based on market feedback.
    • Identify and evaluate hardware suppliers for POS, Pay, and merchant solutions.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (speaking and writing).
  • 3+ years in business development, sourcing, or related role in the POS, payment, or related business solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware sourcing and procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and managing P&L.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
