What you’ll do :

  • Responsible for POS Customer On-Boarding including set up, training , retrain, incubation and troubleshooting both onsite or online to provide complete information and knowledge related to POS to allow new customer can start using POS service fast, smooth with best experience
  • Understand an in-depth and update knowledge of the product (POS) and Merchant to provide the best training for customer
  • Prepare and keep updating the training procedure overall as well as the training materials for self on-boarding customers (Webside, Youtube, Brochure).
  • Identify and summarize the root cause of any issues that might occur, find solutions and escalate to team leaders if required.
  • Advise and consult customer regarding the use of the POS system via telephone, Line and FB messenger
  • Record and submit the result of each task through the online system for each case/installation/maintenance assigned
  • Guide our clients on how to properly operate the restaurant system at the customer's office, restaurant or at our office.
  • Design and offer a consultation regarding network setup for the clients’ restaurants
  • Analyze and leverage the data and create an effective weekly and monthly report that is able to identify key success or fail factors with result driven. provide the data-driven solution or option
  • Design and improve SOP/Process for Activator activities related workstream to maintaining an operational excellences through nationwide POS users
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Incubation and Supply-chain team to develop long-term solution building up POS Customer best experience and operational performances


What you’ll need :

  • Has Car, driving license and can travel within Greater Bangkok in daily basis (Mandatory)
  • Can work under workday rotation schedule(Sat-Sun)
  • Basic knowledge of IT able to set up LAN, setting up Access Points, understanding network systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce, food delivery, or relevance business in HRD, customer service, customer experience, process improvement, operations or a related field would also be an advantage
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills able to solve immediate problems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with service mind
  • Problem-solving attitude, solutions-oriented
  • Able to work offsite
  • Experience in using POS or Network Support is a plus
