About LINE PayLINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.
What you’ll Do:
- Manage delinquent accounts as assigned to meet monthly collection target
- Inform customers overdue payment information
- Negotiate with customers on collection activities
- Keep tracking delinquent accounts to payoff as committed
- Record collection activities and call logs on the system timely
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Strictly comply with the company policies/SOPs
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Negotiation skill and ability to work under high pressure
- Basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word , Google Sheet
- Debt collection or call center experience of more than 1 year is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements is a plus
