Responsibilities

  • Develop and align Content Strategies across all Digital & Social Media Channels by working with related parties, corporate marketing communications team, and agencies i.e. for Social Media (to drive engagement), and for Online Acquisition (to drive traffic to application)
  • Drive engagement growth via social media and content strategies in alignment with overall content strategies.
  • Implement and execution LINE MAN online activity or online campaign.
  • Develop content marketing and communication plan and planning budget for social media.
  • Plan content for Facebook, Twitter, LINE OA, Instagram, TikTok and any new channels, make sure to inline campaigns with the marketing calendar and seasonal creative concepts.
  • Monitor customer feedback on social media and coordinate with Customer Support, Customer Experience team to handle in case seriously.
  • Analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insight and best practices and create the summary report to provide new opportunity and recommendation to team.
  • Monitoring competitor movement on Social media & take counter action in case impact with LINE MAN.
  • Keep up with digital trend, competitive movement, and other factors that may have impact on customers behavior relating to digital world.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any related filed.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in leading and executing social media strategies across multiple platform (Facebook, LINE, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
  • Experience with social media management and monitoring tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or communications planning/execution.
  • Hand-on knowledge of digital media tools such as digital photography (Photoshop/illustrator) and tools used for social content.
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, develop and implement projects.
  • Analytical mindset and strong use of data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sector.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
