The Head of B2B Marketing at LINE MAN Wongnai reports directly to the COO, and is responsible for developing the end-to-end and long-term company marketing strategy. From strategizing and conceptualizing to leading the team to implement go-to-market activities, with an emphasis on achieving B2B product sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Covered products: LMWN On-Demand Services (Food Delivery, and Mart), Merchant Solutions, and Ads.
  • Reporting teams: Online & performance marketing, campaign management, communication community, and offline marketing.
  • Take ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition; including brand, PR and communications
  • Working closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
  • Working closely with Business Owner and Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.


Qualifications

  • 7+years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or customer acquisition.
  • Strong team management, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business
  • Strong analytical skill, data-driven, and always keeping with market trends
  • Ability to track record of scaling marketing teams with different levels.
  • Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle platform is preferred
