B2B Community Admin (1-year contract)
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationship with community members
- Organize and participate in events to acquire more members and build up community
- Respond to members queries in a timely manner and monitor and report to product squad on member voices
- Set and implement communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging content for community members
- Liaise with product squad and marketing team to stay updated on new products and features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related
- 6 months experience as marketing communication, community manager, marketing administrator or related jobs
- Excellence communication skills
- Active and adapt to change
- Good Analytical thinking
- Presentation skill
- MS Office skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
