Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationship with community members
  • Organize and participate in events to acquire more members and build up community
  • Respond to members queries in a timely manner and monitor and report to product squad on member voices
  • Set and implement communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging content for community members
  • Liaise with product squad and marketing team to stay updated on new products and features

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related
  • 6 months experience as marketing communication, community manager, marketing administrator or related jobs
  • Excellence communication skills
  • Active and adapt to change
  • Good Analytical thinking
  • Presentation skill
  • MS Office skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
